In this weeks episode we chat with Amy (known as @bushrat_ in the instagram world), a birthkeeper (doula) who works with home birth and freebirthing families in northern NSW.

A mama of three beautiful babes all born at home: Sylvester (6), Essie (2) and Solomon (5 months). Amy experienced a wild pregnancy and freebirth with her son Solomon and it was easily the most incredible experience in her life. She talks through her three births and also shares her experience of a lotus birth.
