An Inside Look At The Cannabis Biz

We get emails from listeners who toil at a whole range of jobs. But lately, we’ve been hearing from more folks in an industry that, not long ago, you wouldn’t even admit to being part of for fear of doing jail time. This is about---you guessed it--cannabis! For an inside look at that “field,” Liz and Rico are joined today by Jim McAlpine, founder of the marijuana legalization campaign “CannaDads” and co-founder of Green Sky Strategy, a consulting firm for the cannabis industry.   

Then Liz and Rico chat with listener Aimee, a woman who’s having a hard time trusting her company president. And we’ll hear from listener Katie, who stood up to workplace discrimination...and faced the consequences.

Finally, Liz and Rico take a call from listener Ann, who’s worried her colleagues may resent her potential new supervisory role.
