This lecture discusses Søren Kierkegaard's work Fear and Trembling. This is a classic work of Existentialist literature and philosophy, and focuses upon the type of person who he calls the "knight of infinite resignation". This is a person who moves out of the aesthetic into the ethical, and who "makes the movement of infinity".
