This lecture discusses the 16th century philosopher Rene Descartes' work The Meditations on First Philosophy, and focuses on his fourth meditation. This episode discusses the question of whether God is responsible for human beings falling into error. Descartes' view is that God is not responsible, and he provides several lines of reasoning why this is the case.
