Thank you for joining me. Today’s Meditation will help us use those distracting thoughts and interruptions that come into our mind to further our practice of Mindfulness Meditation. For it is mindful to put your attention on your breath and it is also mindful to observe a thought. A disruptive thought may bring a busy feeling to your body and mind which you observe and take note of it. And then return to your breath and observe your breath. This activity and practice and exercise is allowing our subconscious thought to be gazed upon. When we notice and observe an experiment we change the experiment. When we notice and observe our subconscious thoughts or our conscious thoughts which cross our mind we can change the outcome of that thought. We bring it under the influence of non-judgment.
