Welcome to the Month Three Practice for those who are registered in the Basic Six, Path of the Sacred Masculine program. This is the required daily practice if you are part of the Basic Six program.


This month we build on the Month's One and Two Practices, which focused on the three "lower triangle" energy centres of the body (root, sacral, navel), and then the Sacral chakra specifically. Your focus in this practice is on building your presence with attention on your lower triangle, but specifically your Root and Navel chakras.


Whether or not you are registered for the Basic Six program, and whether or not you are identified as a man, you are encouraged to try this 60-minute practice.


This practice contains several challenging physical practices, as well as a mantra meditation.




BASIC SIX PROGRAM FOR MEN

This six month program includes daily practices, weekly and monthly written assignments, monthly coaching sessions, and access to all the monthly open men's groups offered at SacredBodies.ca. It is the foundational program in the Yoga for the Sacred Masculine series.
