Dear Little Me,

In this week's episode, I wrote the adolescent version of myself a letter. The younger version of ourselves will always be in us, and so will the trauma that came with it. I have never been as ready to heal from my childhood trauma as I am today. If you could go back and tell that little girl/boy something, what would you say ? Dear little me, the big you got you! We are about to take over adulthood and I hope everyone is ready. Grab your pen and paper, sh* is about to get real!
