Investors coming from everywhere buying large numbers of homes in Las Vegas. They have been snapping them across United States during this current buying binge. One market in particular has seen the biggest jump in deals in Southern Nevada. The investors are really taking advantage of everything that's going on.

Our guest for today is, Erin Pierson-Mills, she is a real estate agent with exp realty and her family owns a big part of Las Vegas which is apparently for sale! The Mckee Ranch.

Erin Says "We are finding a buyer that really wants to take it over to continue the legacy."

The Mckee Ranch is listed for $2.2 Million dollars. The 501c3 is a tax designation that you get filing for non-profit to be treated differently on a tax structure.

There's a bit of potential slow down on the market, we went from 19 days of inventory at the beginning of this year now up to 25 days. We are seeing a bit more of product stay on the market. Does it change Erin's way approach?

According to Erin, It's an incredible relief for buyers, at this point the slow down is great so buyers can take their time and prepare.

How seller's have been in this hot market as fas as their expectations on their home?

"I like being very clear and concise with my sellers. Every is getting greedy because everyone watches the news" she says
