Today's the beginning of the half of 2021.
A lot has happened already... The U.S real estate market is still booming with stronger buyer demand and low listing inventory

- We emerged from this pandemic and almost back to normalcy
- Zillow bought showing time and agents were freaked out
- Buyers are making offers way over asking price and still crossing their


Question #1: What have you learned?

It's always good to ask yourself this question, especially in periods with growth or activity. What have the first 6 months of 2021 taught you and what you do with that information?

Question #2:How's your marketing performing? What need adjustment?

Hopefully you're tracking and measuring everything you do, so you can adjust as needed. Review each of your lead pillars to gauge what's working, what's not and how to maximize your results as we sprint to the finish line over the next six months.

Question #3: What are consumers telling you?
It's important to take time to reflect on what the market is saying. Stop and think about any recurring themes or feedback you've received through out the first six months of this year. How can you use that information to your advantage to better promote yourself and better serve your customers?

Question #4: Where have you excelled so far in 2021?

Question #5: Where did you fall short so far in 2021

Question #6: What changes are needed to fix the areas where you've fallen short?

Question #7: When things are moving so quickly, I's easy tp overlook what great about you and your business. Taking the time to recognize who and what you're grateful for will force you to slow and operate from a positive mindset

Question #8: Are you stretched too thin to maximized your potential?

Question #9: If so, what do you need to add or who do you need to hire?

With so much going on, time management has been a common challenge for many agents in 2021. It may be time to hire your first assistant, or expand your team beyond what you already have. Even some part-time help can allow you to delegate tasks and focus more on your HABU - Highest and Best use of your time.

Question #10: Is your google my business page setup and optimized to establish to yourself as the hyperlocal expert with uber localized information packed website?

This is extremely important to your business. It's an absolute necessity in today's market. We can teach you how to create a google business page with the right information.

Question #11: Are you pace for your goals?

Question #12: Are you converting at the pace you expected when you originally set your 2021 goals in terms of calls > conversations > appointments > transactions?

If not, make any necessary adjustments to ensure you reach your goals.

Question #14: If not, what are you doing to work "on" your business, recognize yourself and find the guidance you need to excel?

Question #15: Are taking your MEDS daily - Meditation, Exercise, diet and getting enough sleep?

Question #16: What have you done to improve the customer so far in 2021? Are you doing enough?

Remember, in Today's world, you're not just competing against the other agents in your market. You're
Competing against the Zillows of the world who strive to make the home buying and selling process as simple as possible

Question #17: Looking back, what do you wish you had done differently over the last six months?

What will you do with that information - is still doable? Can recognizing this help you seize

Question #18: How's your home life?

Many agents have been extremely busy the last six months. Make sure to take your real estate hat and put on your spouse/partner/parent hat at the end of the day. Be present, after all, the reason you work so hard in the first place is to create a fulfilling life, right? Dont take it for granted.

Question #19: How have you stepped up your branding in 2021?

What localized contents? - videos, blogs etc. - have you created to grab attention away from Zillow and realtor.com to make yourself the go-to resource instead?

Question #20: Are you making your calls consistently?

If not, figure it out. Contact$.

Why? Because somewhere between 7-8% of your database is consider a move in the near future. If you're not reaching out to them, don't worry.. someone else will.
