Just because someone says you should work out in the morning doesn't mean you should do that. Maybe you are more productive in the afternoon, evening or late-night. Do what fits your personality, your skills and your routines.


Don't try to do something someone else can do just because that is how they do it. Be yourself and recognize where your individual strengths are.
