There are two types of lenses you can view each opportunity that comes to you in your life:

Excitement & possibility
Obstacle & imposter syndrome

A lot of this has to do with our self-identity and how we see ourselves. For example: if you can only lift 100 pounds in the gym, your mind sees yourself as "the 100-pound" person. So if you try to lift 150, there might be an initial freak-out moment or moment of doubt that creeps into your brain, because your mind is telling you that you are doing something that doesn't align with the identity you've created for yourself.

You're entering the land of worry, doubt & anxiety. But there is a way to break through that - and that is just through simply challenging yourself.

Do something uncomfortable and scary today - and see how you feel afterwards!
