Sometimes it's ok to take a day off or stop pushing towards something. This might seem counter-intuitive to what I talk about every day, but the reality is that no one can be "on" all the time. There is an ebb & flow to life that must be respected or you will burn yourself out before you even get started. 




It's not about hustling all the time, but it's not about relaxing all the time either. It is about finding that balance that works for you and is respectable to everyone else in your life.
