Although we all can become serial procrastinators from time to time, procrastination can lead to ill-conceived ideas and a whole bunch of other undesirable outcomes.

The first step to overcoming procrastination is to identify "the frog" or excuses that are holding you back from taking action and just eliminate that thing right now. Action crushes doubt and uncertainty.
The second step is to be less busy. Although we all have many different things going on in our lives at once, it is easy to forget that being busy isn't the same as being productive. Being busy is another form of procrastination, but is hidden from us because we feel like we are being productive.
