Join me on a run so slow it's a walk! My running isn't anywhere near... well, it isn't anything! I have a bone issue in my foot with a long name but the blood isn't getting to it so it's not good. Our good friend Karen from St. Louis joined me to walk this one. Perhaps next year I can run it..... we shall see!
