Groton Road Race

Join me as I (kinda) run the Groton Road Race. It was a beautiful day for running and this is a very scenic course in the hills of Groton, MA. We have guest appearances from Nik and Dan from 4 Feet Running and Steve Runner of Phedipidations!  Also Alet (@petfxr) from Twitter joins the fun as well.  I appreciate the fact that Steve and Alet ran MY Pace which was slow slow slow!!!  Chris Russell (race director) puts together a great race, I highly recommend it to everyone!

It's day 2 of the 5K weekend! If you ever wanted to see Providence, RI this is your chance! It's the Downtown Providence Jingle Bell Run on  a crisp, cold day! It's Christmastime at Run New England so that means it's time for the annual Jingle Bell Run for Arthritis. This is my 3rd running of this race which is important to me. Someone I love is afflicted with this debilitating disease making it a race that I want to support. The course is at Roger Williams Park just south of Providence; it is hilly but beautiful! This is a 5K weekend - I'm running another 5K the next day! I was going to combine them into one episode but I have too much good stuff...

Join Jocelyn and me at the 10th annual Edaville Rail Run! It's a beautiful day in New England and we run the 5 mile course around the cranberry bogs in Carver, MA.  The park is a kiddy park where the train is the main attraction, but it is transformed into a winter wonderland for the holidays.  Happy Thanksgiving everyone - I have a lot to be thankful for, including you and all your encouragement through out the years!

It's Halloween and time for the annual Spooky Run in New Bedford, MA.  Last year it was hot for this race but this year it was perfect running temps; 50 degrees.  The course changed a bit due to construction but the hill at mile 3 to 4 was still there!
