Get ready for the chairs to be switched today. Today's guest is none other than Run Grateful founder/Move with Gratitude host, Mark White, who is being interviewed by London-based runner/Move with Gratitude podcast producer Danny Easton.

A few fun facts about Mark that some of you might not know: he has held many titles over the years: father, husband, son, brother, CEO/founder, ideas man, but above all, he is a firm believer in not attaching himself to any particular label: “I am a human being first and what comes with that is my expectation around how I will be able to take on the different roles life has presented me and where my curiosity will continue to lead me.”

Mark is the founder of a company called Your Town which has live “community up” initiatives/campaigns across various UK towns, including Your Town Runners. In addition to launching Run Grateful, he recently created and founded MEUS, which is a platform to reimagine men’s health in order to support them physically, mentally, and spiritually. In 2019, Mark was voted in the top 15 social entrepreneurs in the UK by Redbull.

In this episode, Mark and Danny dive deep into the role that gratitude played in lifting Mark out of some challenging periods in his life and how transformative this mindfulness practice became for him when attaching it with movement.

Mark wished to spread the incredible effect of gratitude running with the rest of the world, creating a global movement called Run Grateful. Since Run Grateful's official launch in 2020, gratitude-themed weekends have been organized with hundreds of runners across 50 countries. Run Grateful has also created an offshoot program called WeAreNext that is focused around facilitating workshops for the next grateful generation of young adults.

Marks dream? For every single human to run/walk a grateful mile in their lifetime.
