It was so great to jump on a zoom and record a lovely conversation with David Bone, someone who is a huge part of the Run Grateful team.

David took on what is rumoured to be the toughest race in the UK and one of the toughest in the world, The Spine Race.

We had a chat with David about what led him in the direction of being inspired to sign up, how he got on and also how he reflected back on this experience a few days after finishing.
