The last in our special series of our "MOVE WITH GRATITUDE" podcast, recorded whilst in Sydney, Australia back in Nov 2023.

Mark (founder of Run Grateful) had the pleasure of sitting down with Neil, a great guy who is so passionate about the physical and mental well-being conversation, so we grabbed some time and had a nice chat.

Neil kindly gifted us accommodation for the duration of our stay in Bondi above one of his Nimbus's spaces (Air BNB) so what better place to set up a mobile studio & chat all things wellness, including of course Neils own personal journey which has seen him and his family move across the world to Australia as originally from Ireland!

Really grateful to you Neil for the time, his act of kindness of gifted us a place to stay and of course for joining us for the main event, as Neil took on our "24 hours of MOVEMENT + GRATITUDE" event.
