A conversation with Alice Light

Run Grateful founder Mark White, had the pleasure of jumping on zoom to chat to Alice Light.

Alice is so great, and this was a powerful conversation. 

Alice shared how she got into running, where the journey has taken her and how running has supported her, uplifted her and inspired her.

Alice is much loved in & around London in particular within the running community, is involved in some very important work and taken on some incredible challenges.
