Marlene Hope retired from the Calgary Police Service in August of 2015 as a Detective. Prior to that rank she had been a Sergeant and a 26 year veteran of the CPS.  Today, for the first time anywhere, Marlene Hope joins us to declare the Calgary Police Service as a "broken" entity where bullying, intimidation and fear are a daily reality.
