Oli Smith is an endurance running enthusiast and embracer of the outdoor lifestyle. He is not only the co-founder of the sustainable run festival, Dare2Run but is also an accomplished endurance runner, currently holding the fastest-know time for running the 50-mile perimeter of Cardiff and a two-time Dragon's Back competitor, largely considered as one of the toughest footraces in the world. When he's not plunging himself into the icy waters of the beer barrel in his garden he can be found on his surfboard, mountain bike or lugging his kids up a mountain.
