“The less we have, and the more intentional things we have in our home, the easier it is to really feel openness and expansiveness.” - Lili Pettit

We have spent most of 2020 at home. The pandemic necessitated that our homes become our offices, schools, and gyms, among other things. The amount of stuff we have can clutter our spaces and our minds. In order to feel productive, functional, and happy in our homes, we need to get rid of the things that are not serving us.

This week on Rock Your Joy, Aine is revisiting her conversation with intuitive expert organizer and breathwork healer, Lili Pettit, about how she found great joy in creating order out of chaos. Listen in to find out how to live a more organized and spiritually aligned life.
