We’re taking a small break from airing new interviews to share some of the most popular podcasts recorded over the past five years at Rochester Rising. On the show today we're rewinding back to episode 153, which originally aired on November 20, 2019. During this episode I got to sit down with Stefan Madansingh, who was a Research Fellow within the Mayo Clinic Office of Entrepreneurship (OE). The OE works to empower and inspire entrepreneurship within Mayo Clinic through educational programs and community events, such as their biannual pitch competition Walleye Tank. While it’s summer now, when we were recording this conversation it was close to the ‘ice fishing’ edition of Walleye Tank, which takes place in Rochester each December. On the podcast today we talk a lot about this pitch competition, entrepreneurship, and other activities that were taking place in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
