Justin Trudeau has retained power in a narrow victory in parliamentary elections, but lost both his majority and - by a slight margin - the popular vote. Mr Trudeau's Liberal Party won 157 seats, 13 short of a majority, which means he will be the leader of a minority government. Corin speaks to Toronto correspondent, Laura McQuillan.
