Cyclone Lola has disrupted more than 15,000 Vanuatu students' education after destroying school buildings throughout Penama province.
On hard-hit Pentecost Island, where more than 10,000 school students are affected, teachers say Vanuatu's government is asking them to give out "home learning packages" for younger students.
But for seniors, whose exams are just weeks away, classes resume at some schools on Monday.
