Consistency is something we long for. Consistency in our organizations. Within our teams. With our routines and rhythms. Within our relationships. The funny thing about consistency, though, is that you don't have to create it.


You're already consistent. Good, bad, or indifferent. Put another way, Healthy, unhealthy, or headed toward burnout, you are already consistent. The challenge is finding where your consistency lies and HOW to take steps toward becoming more consistent with the things that matter most in your life and leadership.
