Ali Phillips is a premiere Chicago wedding planner, president, and owner of Engaging Events by Ali, Inc. She's been in the event planning business for over 19 years and is recognized as a leader in the wedding and event industry. She was named top A-list Destination Planner by Destination Weddings & Honeymoons magazine, one of the Favorite Chicago Wedding Planners by Chicago Magazine, and one of Chicago's favorite wedding planners by Brides magazine. Ali has planned over 350 weddings that have taken place all over the world, including Los Cabos, Turks and Caicos, Costa Rica, Napa, Fiji, England, Ireland, and South Africa. She does all these beautifully, seamlessly fun, and authentically. Outside her wedding planning life, she also gives back by mentoring aspiring event professionals, speaking at many college campuses and conferences, and volunteering her time with the charities she supports. She is also the co-founder of the Illinois Events Coalition, founded in 2020 to help advocate, support, and educate the events industry.
