This episode is uniquely for those who are grieving. It's for those who know they are carrying pain but don't have the words or the strength to vocalize it yet. It's for those who know their heart is broken and their mind is confused.
I get it. I'm there too. So in this episode I'm spending time praying for you...for us. I invite you to just receive. Prayer will then lead into some guided time for you to vocalize what you need to Christ. It's okay if you don't have words: often we don't know what we need. Even your silent groanings are enough before the Lord - that's a beautiful gift. He knows what you need and is attuning to you. He is with you. It it His strength that will sustain and guide you.
Scripture: Psalms 13
How long, O Lord? Will you forget me forever?
How long will you hide your face from me?
How long must I take counsel in my soul
and have sorrow in my heart all the day?
How long shall my enemy be exalted over me?
Consider and answer me, O Lord my God;
light up my eyes, lest I sleep the sleep of death,
lest my enemy say, “I have prevailed over him,”
lest my foes rejoice because I am shaken.
But I have trusted in your steadfast love;
my heart shall rejoice in your salvation.
I will sing to the Lord,
because he has dealt bountifully with me.
