Favorite Essential oils : YOUNG Living , Saje , any 100% cold pressed no added ingredients oils. Be wary of any that don't confirm 100% pure oil. It contains fragrance and other additives if so.

My favorite ways to use oils. : Diffuse, rub on feet (best point of entry) , rub on neck (lavender if throat closes us) , mix it into vinegar water mixture to clean house (Thieves, health guard) , rub on wrist to increase positive vibrations (yoga by Saje), rub on temples if head aches (peppermint), apply to face and neck for moisture and complexion (Primrose) *All oils not noted company are named from Young Living. All oils apply are mixed with a carrier oil, like Jojoba, Almond oil, coconut oil. Oils are strong, only one to two drops are applied with carrier oil directly to skin.

My favorite scents : Lavender, Yoga, Invision, RC, Eucalyptus, Orange, Lemongrass, Thieves, Peppermint

Music: Romantic Piano and Ocean Waves by Keystone Nature Sounds Piano Guys
