This is considered the regulated portion of the bill that consumers have little control over, and is based on location. The second potion is the supplier rate which quantifies your cost per kilowatt hour of electricity. This is the rate you want to shop around for! Another way you can potentially utilize your state resources is by requesting a home energy audit.
