Honesty and Truth in Recovery and Healing

Today on Restoration Family we are going to take a look at one of the essential elements in the recovery and healing process from primarily substance use and mental health disorders.  Individuals and families are able to begin the healing and recovery process when they ask for help, become honest with themselves and their situation, tell the truth and move beyond a state of defense mechanisms and isolation.
