Mr. Rick Heyland joins RLG’s Executive Advisory Council as a retired senior executive of RLG with more than 31 years of success in coaching clients to achieve peak performance both individually and collectively.

Rick’s many achievements within RLG include the establishment of five business units, development of many of RLG’s core tools and methodology, and representing RLG and speaking at industry conferences around the world.

Rick leads Continuous Improvement 4 Life, a consulting practice dedicated to sharing Rick’s formula for goal setting, accountability, high engagement and detailed planning to provide help to leaders and companies enhance their performance.

Rick and his family live in the greater Salt Lake City region. He earned his MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University.
