That work is now leading me into converting 2 un-used storefronts in 2 different small SC towns and placing business accelerators in them. It will bring patents from USC & UNC to our small towns to create high paying jobs while revitalizing small towns.

PS-- I think I also made the building inspector retire early this year due to the 3 large remodel projects I have going on in our rural town (women's homeless shelter, revitalizing 7 storefronts downtown and renovating the 8,000 sf plantation house on 65 acres for our hospital assisted living use)
