Topping the list are many aspects of self regulation. For example, how to organise our time well to keep our energy levels up and understand that the impact of different foods and exercise has huge impact on how we think and feel.


We recap over how stress is important to help us adapt and evolve – but how modern life can cause us to be overwhelmed.


Dr Bifulco and Dr Pluess made us really think about the aspects of resilience …. how resilience mixed with sensitivity, within a positive environment can produce sensational leaders.


The important process of using practice to increase confidence, improve performance and reduce stress and anxiety was profound from our professional musicians and athletes.


All in all an amazing year with so many really brilliant guests and some more fantastic podcasts coming up in 2017.
