I sat down to write a blog post for the end of this year. As I dictate to the computer sometimes I realised afterwards that the post would be best offered as both podcast and blog. This episode looks at how we deal with personal growth and moving from victim to acceptance in the journey. It also considers how we can be kinder to both self and others in light of all that has occurred for us collectively and individually this year.
In this episode I share some thoughts on the struggle of feeling the need to hide vs being seen doing your work. I tie this into where you are at in your journey of self development. My sharing is both personal and observational. The essence is that we are all at different stages of our journey - some in pain now waiting for the healing, others into a new phase of self acceptance. All aspects, especially in the context of this year, warrant love and kindness in all directions.
