To call LeeAnna Vamp a cosplayer, or an actress, or a model, or a producer, or a podcaster, or an author is not sufficient - LeeAnna has worked hard over more than a decade in the pop culture industry and has crafted all of these role into a successful business and brand. From being a host on SyFy's 'Cosplay Melee' to her own ghost hunting show 'Ghosted', from hosting the "Let's Get Spooky" podcast to the all-ages fun of 'The Fiends' videos and books, LeeAnna has become a full-scale entrepenuer with her own unique look and bold style.
In September 2019, LeeAnna was an invited guest at Comic Con Africa and was kind enough to spare some time to talk about many things including:
- her experiences growing up as a Halloween kid in Southern California
- her first experiences at San Diego Comic Con and the show "I Love Nerd Girls"
- the mental hump she needed to get over when it came to finally making pop culture her full time business.
- and the origins of the reality show 'Ghosted', where LeeAnna and her team travelled through the US south (and did a fair bit of eating) / ghost hunting. Plus, LeeAnna shares some details on her most profound ghost experience.
