Michelle Saltz and I get together to chat about how our healing and embodiment work can be supported by nature. In this episode, she takes us through what inspires her to support people in this work and the ways in which she supports them through art therapy and coaching.

We also talk about:

Breathwork and other impactful tools to support us in being present

The importance of being consistent with practices that actually support us in a way that is authentic and unique to us

Listening to the body and to nature as a way of regulating and being at ease in life in a connected way. Being with the natural changes that occur.

How we can allow ourselves to just be and sit with the ever-changing landscape of life
