The end of the year is when most of us set the intentions for the following year; we look at what we expect to do better, the aspects of our lives we want to improve, and even the things we would like to stop doing. However, it is also common to forget about them with time and never take the time to assess if we met our previous year's resolutions.

On that note, I decided to dedicate this episode, the last of this season, to evaluate my performance in 2021 in the three main areas I chose to focus on: health and fitness, intellectual development, and social connectedness.

This episode is a personal assessment of how I did last year and an invitation to our listeners to do the same and keep themselves accountable in their own resolutions.

Tune in to 2021's last episode of Rejuvenaging, and feel inspired to set your 2022 resolutions, find out how you did last year, and focus on the things you need to improve.
