Zolisha is the founder and President of the community outreach ministry and currently the program services in the Bloomington-Normal, IL Community area. Safe Haven Women Outreach also has an online presence, and you can find the outreach on Facebook by simply searching the name. Anyone regardless if they live in the Bloomington-Normal, IL Community or not can follow the page by simply liking the page. During Zolisha development of the outreach, she continued to pursue her education but at a slower pace while launching the outreach. SHWO's first day of service was April 16, 2016. The program has been said to bring the deliverance power of God and transforms every life that steps within the thresholds of the outreach program. Once the program was fully up and running, Zolisha continued to pursue her education with Liberty University, where she received a Master's degree in Executive Leadership in March of 2017. Zolisha has stated that her education in the secular world has concluded.
