People we all have the power under the ninth amendment to arrest other citizens and police in the process of a crime. Anyone in that crowd could have stepped forward and announced officer you are under arrest. The other officers would have decided than to act or continue. The result possibly would have saved Mr. Floyds life. All Americans have the power to arrest anyone in the process of a crime. We need to know what power we have as citizens of this country.
