Irish Angel is a support network for Law Enforcement, EMS, Fire Fighters, and military. They provide education, awareness, and resources about addictions, PTSD, PTSI, TBI, depression and anxiety. They offer opportunities to inform, heal and promote a healthy lifestyle for First Responders. In this episode I speak with Amanda Coleman, Executive Director and Founder of "Irish Angel", who provides a wealth of information on what we need to do to care for those that care for us.
