This week is Mind Body Spirit Release (MBSR) Practitioner, Sydney! She is located in Nebraska, but works completely virtual with clients. She is also a content creator on Tiktok, helping people heal their bodies naturally and get to the root cause physically and emotionally. Sydney first got sick from mold toxicity in 2019, that ran her down the rabbit hole of healing herself physically, but after a while in 2021, she came across the emotional part of healing and knew it was time to start working through her own trauma.
