Looking for more stability in your life? Better balance? 

Consider your core values both emotionally, mentally and physically. 

Take the time to work your core each day and you will realize increased strength, feel taller and more alive, which will lead to a better outlook on life. 

It doesn't matter if you do planks, boats, balance poses or just concentrate on your breath, your efforts will be rewarded. 

Take the time right now. 

Whatever you're doing, wherever you are, take one minute or longer if you wish to engage your core. 

Go into a tree or stork and take full deep breaths. 

Assume any plank or boat position you wish and feel free to modify the pose while you breathe deeply. 

Nice, slow exhales all for one minute. 

Don't disqualify yourself if you need to come out of the pose. 

Now is always a great time to start again. 

It does not matter if you come into and out of the pose multiple times. 

It all counts and helps to develop your core strength. 

Maybe do it a few times throughout your day. 

Maybe go for longer than one minute.
