Sharing some tips that I feel will help you deal with each other during these difficult and uncertain times. 

1) Choose joy in the 5 mins of being awake

2) Get Moving 

3) Use safe words 

4) Make a list of what is annoying 

5) Use headphones 

6) Take a shower and wear nice comfortable clothes

7) Clean up after yourself 

8) Limit news intake 

9) Finish unfinished projects 

10) Take turns cooking
