With this episode I am sharing that to start the year I am doing outreach. Very often its with past clients who have bought or sold a home in Minnesota with us.  One of the shifts a realtor needs to make in 2024 is doing more outreach if they have not done a lot of outreach in the past to be more successful.  I have always done a lot of calls to stay in touch with past clients.
