After retiring from her career as a professional triathlete in 2004, Nicole DeBoom started a women’s apparel company, Skirt Sports, with a simple mission: to help women find inspiration, confidence, and courage through the transformative power of running and fitness. Now, nearly 20 years later, since recently selling the company, she’s at another career crossroads.
