It’s incredible how opportunities open up to those who seek to help others and add value before making a profit. Prior to working in multi-family real estate, Amy Sylvis spent 13 years in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. She was originally drawn to the industry to be able to serve people while they battled serious health challenges having lived through the experience herself.

She soon realized that her skillset could serve even MORE people through multifamily real estate by providing clean, safe, affordable housing to working-class families while giving her the freedom to look after herself. After several attempts to crack into the industry, Amy was presented with the opportunity to join us here at Quattro Capital. She is now active on the GP and LP side of apartments in Tennessee and Georgia and is continuing to grow her portfolio with a goal of achieving the 5 Freedoms in the next couple of years.

You won’t want to miss this episode as we talk about how getting into Multifamily can make your life better as well as the lives of those you serve.
