Today s episode is on a topic I think I could talk about every day for the rest of the year: storytelling. In today s world, sales is more and more about connecting with the buyer and storytelling is an important part of that. On today s episode, I ve got another real estate agent who has mastered the art of storytelling in his business. Justin Lindsey is a real estate agent currently based out of St. Louis, who made his start in Destin, Florida. When he got the opportunity to take on the oceanfront luxury housing market, he quickly realized that traditional selling tactics just weren t going to fly.


For Justin, it took a career change and a hard look at his life to spur the tactical change he took to winning over new clients and growing his real estate business in a new market. Justin walks us through how he started getting into a storytelling strategy, the daily approach he took to creating content, and how he transitioned from a mindset all about making money, to one that focuses on the business of helping people. He breaks down the creative process into 3 simple steps that every agent can follow if they are looking to revamp their marketing strategy.
