Walk into any McDonald s or Walmart and you ll see automated kiosks where you can order food or check out without the help of a cashier. We re in the midst of a cultural shift toward do-it-yourself models, and the idea of using technology to complete transactions on our own is here to stay. What does that mean for real estate agents?
