It will also let you see things from the investor perspective, which will further set you up for success and create win, win scenarios for both parties.

I’m your host, Randy Zimnoch and I’ve played nearly every role when it comes to Real Estate since I started my career in 2006.

I have flipped over 250 homes myself, I have been a REO agent and also negotiated hundreds of shortsales in addition to traditional business with buyers and sellers. Combined, my team and I have sold over $672-Million dollars in sales volume. So, you’re in good hands.

Also, as an owner of Realty National, a boutique brokerage in San Diego, I have witnessed a major gap between agents and investors simply from just not understanding each other and how each side likes to play. This podcast is designed to bridge that gap and ensure that you are able to not just work nice together, but make more money because of working together. The podcast launched on February 1st with 7 episodes. Then, we’ll have one episode per day throughout the month of February.

On March 1st, we’ll go to our usual posting schedule, which will be one episode every Friday.
